1. Project Cancellation

A project may be cancelled by submitting a written request through email, WhatsApp, or the website contact form.

2. Advance Payment

Advance payments are used to reserve development time and begin project work. Therefore, the advance amount is generally non-refundable once research, planning, design, development, or setup work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only when:

• Work has not started
• The same payment was made more than once
• We are unable to begin or deliver the agreed service

Any approved refund will be limited to the amount paid for work that has not been completed.

4. Completed Work

No refund will be provided for completed or approved work, delivered websites, purchased licenses, domain charges, hosting charges, third-party tools, completed revisions, or services already used.

5. Custom Development

Custom websites, designs, code, integrations, and development services are created according to individual requirements. Refunds are not available after the client approves the work or after substantial development has been completed.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method and payment provider.
